Refunds and Returns Policy
We hope that you will be satisfied with any product purchased from our website. However if you do wish to return a product to us for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be in a saleable condition, unworn and in its original, undamaged packaging, with tags, labels and accessories intact. Please note, for Health and Hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, once unsealed, can only be returned if they are damaged or of unsatisfactory quality.
Before offering a refund/exchange, we will consider the overall condition of the product after being returned to us. All returns queries can be dealt with either via our website or in-store. Remember to provide a dated, valid proof of purchase.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage at their own expense. Items returned by post should be sent in suitable packaging and clearly labelled with the Hartley's address.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If you do not return an item within a reasonable time frame, you will be deemed to have accepted the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for any item that you return, as this will be required in the event that your parcel does not reach us. In an instance where a parcel does not reach us and proof of delivery cannot be produced, we regret that we will be unable to offer a refund.
